only YOU decide the fate of this website!
but no, I was talking about the 'niche' of home planetarians. the fact that it doesn't seem to be growing is what's behind me looking further into the past history to dig up other builders and operators. first i need to shake this flu though, feeling a little better today happily.

I wonder if there is a niche smaller then the one for home planetarians. When I looked back at the old OC, which had something like 3K members, I found that there were only about eighty to one hundred that spent any time in the planetarian section, and only about ten or so that participated regularly. Of those, some have passed on, some have set up their own sites, some have just quit, and some have succumb to various illnesses. Perhaps I should have quit as well as I have reached my goal and then some.

I dread the day when the two brightest nova in the sky fade out into silence.

One never knows when ones hot air (hydrogen) will run out. There have been several occasions when I've gone to bed feeling great and then waking up at three in the morning needing to go to the emergency room. I just take one day at a time. The dome was 45 F as I went out to start the heat for todays show. Nasty cold front just came through.

I'm back from the flu and will proceed with digging up bones of historical home planetariums and more! We alive people may be dwindling, but the dead guys aren't going anywhere!

I dread the day when the two brightest nova in the sky fade out into silence. We will need to pass the torch to someone who is interested...gee...I wonder who that might be???
