ive got that workshop out in the clearing, the one that was ransacked by invaders that time lol, anyway i'm putting half of the 9 foot geodesic dome ON TOP of it facing out, probably to make an outdoor after dark large renwal like thing. heres a pic. its far from done. you know. podcast is in limbo land at the moment

It is just dawning on me how cool the outdoors planetarium concept is. OUTDOORS! Trees, gentle evening breeze, birdsong AND planetarium.

Sounds more like an observatory to me. In a planetarium you must recreate all of that inside under a dome. Even a storm, if need be

It is just dawning on me how cool the outdoors planetarium concept is. OUTDOORS! Trees, gentle evening breeze, birdsong AND planetarium. thanks Dukester! fond memories of the 'sheds', outdoor theaters on the lawn I suppose. what it really is though is a throwback to the drive in's of my youth, with a half dome instead of a screen. the show starts at dark. anyway its done and im trying to book my first family to come out. here's a couple more pictures, including one of the workshop proper. Ron it is indeed an observatory too. I had cricket machines for decades lol. I'm trading them in for real ones! i can use whatever projector i take out there, i wont leave them in case more invaders pour in. well im off to pursue obscure poets, my new passion! Attachments:
