They look like coordinates projectors. Probably equator/ecliptic/meridian

It looks like a projector for the Astronomical Triangle. Probably for an A4 or later machine. Each of the 1/2 circle units will project a single adjustable line making up one side of the displayed triangle.

Thanks for the info - this device is being offered on Ebay for $49.99 (I don't want it...). Type in "Spitz projector" to find it on Ebay. The auction is almost over - only a day or two left in case you are interested in acquiring this piece of hardware.
